Next, we can adjust the upper photoelectric liquid level transducer or the lower photoelectric liquid level transducer to the same position, and then set the volume at a fixed number (20 ml for example). At last, once we push the button of “send”, the quantitative liquid adding will be operated automatically.
When referring to the correction of dispenser, if the accuracy requirement is not high, we can use measuring implement such as measuring cylinder to make the correction. On the other hand, if the accuracy requirement is high, we can use the microelectronic scales.
During the use of the electronic bottle-top dispenser, we should notice that due to different valve materials, some dispensers are not suitable for organic reagent and acid reagent. And due to the use of photoelectric liquid level transducer, blue solvent is also not available.
Moreover, we should pay attention that there should not be intense light source near or above the dispenser, otherwise normal operation will be affected.
