Bottle-Top Dispensers Washing Method
Bottle-top dispensers are prone to blockage after prolonged use, and they need to be cleaned regularly in order to enable precise, highly reproducible dispensing operations. There are three commonly used washing methods for bottle-top dispensers, namely, soaking method, ultrasonic washing, and automatic cleaning of the instrument.
For the soaking method, the experimental apparatus bottle-top dispensers were bubbled into the washing solution at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes, then rinsed with running water, and finally washed with distilled water. It is only necessary to raise the temperature of the soaking and extend the soaking time when there is stubborn residue.
Both glass and plastic appliances can be cleaned on an ultrasonic washer. Of course, direct contact with the ultrasonic generating membrane must be avoided.
3.Automatic instrument cleaning
Automated cleaning using laboratory automated cleaning equipment is milder than immersion. The time when the bottle-top dispensers were exposed to the detergent was only a short rinse time when the nozzle was sprayed. As long as it is properly placed in the cleaning net, the lightweight appliance will not be shaken or damaged by the nozzle. If the metal basket of the cleaning device is covered with plastic, the test equipment is not susceptible to scratching.
